we love this place. mazama is a small town, like 4 buildings on a little street small, in the methow valley. we first visited mazama in 2021 and immediately fell in love with the quant nature of the town, the breathtaking views of the area, and the community vibe. after our engagement hike in november of 2023, we celebrated with a weekend in a cabin in mazama. it's our dream to build a small cabin on a piece of land out here and we are really excited to show you all the area.

we love this place. mazama is a small town, like 4 buildings on a little street small, in the methow valley. we first visited mazama in 2021 and immediately fell in love with the quant nature of the town, the breathtaking views of the area, and the community vibe. after our engagement hike in november of 2023, we celebrated with a weekend in a cabin in mazama. it's our dream to build a small cabin on a piece of land out here and we are really excited to show you all the area.
what we want most out of this weekend is to celebrate the joining of our families surrounded by dear friends. we would love for our family and friends to really get to know each other, enjoy the valley and have some fun.
we plan on taking full advantage of as much fun as we can while we're in the valley - we invite you to join us for some (or all!) of these activities throughout the weekend (p.s. this list might get updated as we get closer to the weekend...)
the valley is a small community and most accommodations are rental cabins. if you'd like, staying in winthrop or twisp are also okay options.
we suggest staying near the mazama town, but staying in winthrop would also be a good options. this website is a great alternative to airbnb and most properties are cross-listed for cheaper on there.
we have compiled a small list of some options that might be useful

kids are every bit of the fun and a part of our family. they are more than welcome at the ceremony, but they better bring their dancing shoes.
cocktail attire - it will be sunny and warm, so don't feel obligated to wear a suit. the ceremony and reception will be held on grass.
we genuinely believe that your best gift is to join us for the weekend, get to know each other, and have a fun time making a memory with us. we have not made a registry. if you are inclined, a card would make us both quite happy.
we will have a photographer with us for some of the evening, but we would still love to gather photos from the weekend. please join our group photos album and add photos.
